Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, when available. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Gaia & Paw, your satisfaction matters to us.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
